MT's IP banning interface sucks (meta)

There needs to be a "Ban this IP" link from the "Edit this comment" page. Bulk comment deletion (from the blog and/or entry pages) would be nice, too.

Also, where the hell can I get to the event log without having a failed aggregator ping?

Main Menu->Activity Log. Click on the "Menu" text image at the top of the page to get to the main menu.
