Poor man's Gatorade?
I think it tastes better than Gatorade, and it's much lower-calorie, so it doesn't immediately negate the whole point of working out.
No good without ice. If you add ice, I'm with you.
Ice is optional. I prefer it without, since I use chilled water, and I like to take a desparate gulp in between DDR stages, which ice gets in the way of.
