I swear, there was snow! On the ground! Everywhere! And more coming from the sky! And this was NORMAL when I was growing up here!

Yeah, short-ish winter here too.

Although I won't mind the damned sun setting at 4:30-ish though - gets a bit depressing spending all the daylight hours at school.

Now, the summer, with the sunset heading past 10... woot!

Winter in Canada feels like a Tim Burton movie. Cold, gray and depressing.
I mean, shit, if the sun would at least come out once in a while it wouldn't be so bad. It has been a lot nicer outside lately though. Although there is snow outside today, it was almost shorts-wearing weather three days ago. Maybe Mother Nature(tm) is Bi-polar? I know I won't miss those -24 degree days of early January, that's for sure.
