Plaidophile

So, tonight I jammed with Cosmic ReBop. It was fun.

I brought my electric guitar (which I bought earlier today, for $80 at Music Go Round) and my SIDstation. I also had fun playing my new phone's ringtones into the guitar's pickup and using it as a weird instrument, which the others thought was clever.

Jimmy, the group leader, occasionally came over to me and complained that I was being too melodic and that I wasn't changing my groove often enough (when I thought I was evolving my groove at about the same rate as the rest of the group), but he still invited me to join them on the 2nd so I guess I'm not so melodic that I can't fit in with a bunch of dissonant dissidents.
