Huh, interesting. Though it looks like they're starting out by building a GBA emulator, but that's a good idea anyway (since the DS is really just built on the GBA anyway).
Also, that memory/palette/etc. view stuff should make it infinitely more useful than Nintendo's real emulator. It was a bit surprising that Ensata didn't provide anything like that, considering how useful it is to be able to inspect VRAM and so on (which would have made debugging my sprite code WAY easier), especially in light of how pretty much every "illicit" emulator has that sort of thing.
Cool how it's BSDL, also. It might actually be more useful than the crappy tools Nintendo wrote if we ever do another DS game.
