Whose responsibility, in this case? The dead whiplash victim, the doctors, or the restaurant chain?

To me it sounds like it's mostly the fault of the first doctor who insisted on the neck surgery and messed it up...

Why, it's the SHRIMP'S responsibility of course. He shouldnt have gotten caught. Now look at the mess he made!

The shrimp are obviously in previosuly unimaginable cahoots with the dolphins, who hae been planning an uprising ever since Flipper.

I could almost understand (well, grudgingly accept) a bill being sent to Benihana's for the first surgery after this whole tragedy occurred... but really. WTF? How is this the fault of Benihana's at all? If I stare at the Sun too long and go blind who do I get to sue?

It really was lunch, not attempted manslaughter that was on my mind when we ate there. I suppose my credibility is forever tarnished Smile
