Did you read My Father's Dragon and its sequels a lot as a kid, Fluffy? The dragons in those books had color schemes nearly as wild as those you come up with. (Though they stayed with solid colors, per body part.)
In FluffyVision™ I am pretty sure I would prefer to look like Frank. He's not brightly colored, but his world is...
So I see the panel captions in yellow if I leave my mouse over them, but they get chopped off partway. How do I see the whole thing (besides reading the source, which is a pain)?
I would like to be deep bluey purple, but I don't know if I would be.

The captions are 'title' attributes on the images, which most web browsers show as tooltips. The chopping-off must be a bug in your browser; try using a different one. (They work fine for me in Safari on Mac OS X, btw.)
I have never heard of those books, though they sound like they'd be up my alley. My brain's just wired weird. It's kinda like synaesthesia but not (though I do have other mild synaesthesia as well though it's kind of intermittent).
Anyway, if we ever meet in person and you end up in a comic, your avatar will probably affect how I draw you, but wouldn't be the final say. (Like, part of how I draw Neill is based on how he looks on Second Life; the MUCK version of him is more like his SL avatar but with inverted colors and no wings, which is what he was talking about in his one line in the comic, which incidentally was about the only thing he said during the actual conversation too.)
(Oh, and Jim Woodring is awesome, yes. I need to get around to buying some of his stuff.)
Hmm... I have the same problem on FireFox 1.0.1 under Windows XP. Even though I have enough screen space to show the full tooltip, it gets cut off after something like 100 chars.

I'm sure the tail will be the least of his issues when he realizes that he has pastel stripes.

Looks like a hard limit in the browser.
Absolutely hysterical.
Hey, how do I get invited into your friends only list?
