Cold sores ()

I have always had oral herpes simplex B (known commonly as cold sores, and not to be confused with genital herpes), and as a result, when I'm under extreme duress I'd get these really painful open sores in my mouth.

I had a pretty good flareup on April 5 with a sore which seemed like it would be the kind which would get pretty big, run its whole course and last a whole month. Strangely, on April 7, it was entirely gone.

Dunno why I didn't mention it then (I remember meaning to), but a post on asexuality.org reminded me of it just now.

Ironically, if it were only the visible contents of the comment on the weblog page I'd have thought it were just a well-meaning comment, but the fact their email address, homepage, and signature were all set with the product in question made me just a little bit suspicious. Razz

I know, I looked at it too.

*Then* I did the spam dance, certain in the knowledge that it was warranted.

Anyway, my point was just that spammers go to so much effort to make their stuff look like it's grassroots and sincere but then they go way overkill and make it blatantly obvious.
