At other jobs: 50 hours? Bah, you're not working hard enough. I put in 90, myself.

This job: 50 hours?! Goodness, I've failed as a manager if I've caused you to work over 40. Go home!

Wow, that's not something you hear very often [comment #2], especially from the typical 'small business' type that I'm used to working for. 6-day, 50-hour weeks are the norm, sadly. Much more like comment #1.
