PBS cooking show drinking game (food, media)
Do a shot whenever the host says something like "I wish you could be here and smell this."
Do a shot whenever the host starts to eat directly off the serving platter.
Do a shot whenever the host has visibly almost messed up.
Do a shot when the host says not to worry about writing the recipe down because it's "on the website." (Do another shot if the website doesn't have the recipe.)
Do a shot when the host makes prolific use of a product which benefits them financially.
Do a shot when they pick up a Rachel Ray-ism, like "EVOO" or "garbage bowl."
Do a shot when they tell an anecdote about working with Julia Child.
Do a shot when the background music is obviously "inspired by" an appropriate commercial song (e.g. BBQ U's liberal use of "Ring Of Fire").
Do a shot whenever they say "back at the restaurant."
Do a shot whenever one of the show sponsors is for a specific product and not for a company. (Especially if the product is made by a company of a different name.)
Do a shot if the host tells an anecdote relating to an ingredient or technique. Another shot if this is accompanied by footage. Another shot if this footage is artificially "aged" to make it look like it really was filmed 30+ years ago.
Do a shot if they prepare something, say that it'll take some amount of time to cook, and then makes a big point about how this is television and so they have another prepared one to show the audience.
Do a shot if a host of a certain nationality only does dishes of that particular nationality. Do another shot if they attempt to fuse in other nationalities' dishes but miss the point to the original dish (for example, turning a sashimi into a ceviche to make it more palatable, but still referring to it as sashimi).
Feel free to add your own!

Might as well do away with the game altogether and down the whole bottle before the show even starts, because you've pretty much outlined the script of *every* show on the Food Network.
Here's another one:
Do a shot when the host makes a mention of something to keep in mind for health/safety reasons, then promptly negates the whole purpose of it. (e.g. making some mention of keeping your workspace clean and then reusing a utensil which touched raw poultry, or reminding the viewer not to use a sharpening steel right over the food and then using the freshly-sharpened knife in the food without bothering to wipe it down, etc.)
That one would put me out in no time.
