My mouth is too sore to chew right now (food)

So I had more dental work today (only one more appointment left, yay), but the stuff on my right side is still pretty sore because I've been clenching my teeth at night and so it hasn't been able to heal (though the dentist did adjust the bite on the crown a little more which should help a lot). Also the dentist had to use a heck of a lot of novocain because the molar just wouldn't get numb, so my face is still a little numb and moreso it's rather paralyzed. So between the pain, inability to chew, and inability to coordinate my lips I decided to improvise something simple and easy to eat. So I made kicked-up macaroni and cheese, with ham and green chili.
It starts with a regular ol' cheap box of macaroni and cheese (just out of sheer convenience, really), though instead of milk I used yogurt, and I added real cheddar, and then some chopped up deli-sliced ham and a small can of Hatch green chili.
It tasted good and didn't need chewing. That's about all I can care about right now.
Meanwhile, this one chef on Master Class reminds me of late-80s Michael J. Fox if he were a car salesman who decided to become a gourmet chef. What the hell. Actually this show bugs me a lot. I'm only watching it because it's vaguely more entertaining than what's on non-PBS stations right now.
