I liked that essay! We are in the process of getting rid of a lot of unnecessary stuff. Our little condo is too crowded. We definitely have too much stuff and we realized a few months ago, when forced to evacuate during the wildfires, that we really wouldn't miss most of it if we didn't have it anymore!
