I'll be in Chicago (well, Wilmette, actually) from July 5 thru the 12th. In case anyone in the area wants to meet up and do something. I definitely need to have some positive activities scheduled for while I'm there.

Will you be mobile? I know all the best places to eat. Have you ever been to the Shedd, or any of our museums? Let me know if you'd like to hang out.

I will probably have access to a car, yes. I've been to both Shedd Aquarium and the Chicago Art Institute several times but I wouldn't mind going to either of them again.

So, I have the 11th off - I was going out of town, but can't really afford to go now. Have you ever been to the Field museum? What kind of food would you like to eat?

I haven't been to the Field museum, no. That looks interesting.

Any sort of food would be excellent. I am still an omnivore.

Cool! Ever have real Szechuan Hot Pot? We have an ok China town. Smile Not anything like San Fran I'm sure, but pretty good.

Lots of good Irish pubs. Some ok Mexican, but not like what I am used to, growing up in LA. The Brazillian steak places are good, and you can never go wrong at Morton's.
