So hey, it's not a cavity or a stress fracture, it's just a stain and a receding gumline. The dentist prescribed me some sensitive tooth toothpaste and said not to worry so much.
yeah, i've had this receding problem for a while. sensodyne works well for me, but i have heard that the whitening one can tend to counteract the sensitive teeth part, so if you don't need whitening you might want to get the normal one.

I'm using a very specific prescription-strength toothpaste which cost $20 and which my insurance didn't cover, playing right into my previous rant (I mean, come ON).
