Impending birthday ()

I'll be turning 31 in a couple weeks (eek!) and I need ideas for what to do. Right now the top contenders are:
  • Have another lame little gathering at my place
  • Invite friends to go out to karaoke at either Nap's or The Mint (preferably Nap's since they're in stumbling distance of my home and not as popular, although The Mint serves sushi)
  • Try to ignore the relentless march of time
  • Go see a movie? I've been wanting to see both Up and Terminator Salvation.

I have been hearing much more positive things about Up than I have about the Terminator movie.

Saw UP yesterday in 3D, it was a great movie, although 3D still has a little ways to go. I'd definitely recommend going to a late show when there'll be less kids there though.

Let us make a movie night with mark and crew! I would totally see both of those. But not till the 14th or after.

could work... could be a crazy day- I get in from 9 day trip around midnight that saturday and might have lots of catchup. Lets find out then.
