Basically it means that you can use it for any purpose (mashups, inclusion into an album, the use on a website, etc.) as long as you credit me (using the pseudonym "fluffy" with a link to beesbuzz.biz for disambiguation purposes). Feel free to let me know if you use something, though! (I like to know these things.)

Exceptions

For music remixes, there will be a link to the original source material or its originating website which should spell out the original terms
For Project, the work is under a dual license (essentially by-nc-sa unless you were an original participant)

If you can't find the original license for a derived work's source material, it is safest to assume that it was originally licensed under by-nc-sa (provide attribution, no commercial use, and the derivative work must be licensed under by-nc-sa). Unfortunately, even the "easy" world of CC licensing is still full of gotchas and caveats.
