Lately I have been experimenting with a different mode of dress than usual.
[[plaid fedora]] [[hair tied back]] [[unbuttoned dress shirt over usual t-shirt (under jacket)]] [[belt (not shown)]]
A fedora is perfect in Seattle - on sunny days, blocks the sun, on rainy days, blocks the rain.
[[On the bus]]
It has changed my perspective in odd ways.
random person: Oh, no, I like standing up, thank you though.
fluffy: {Hm, this guy has a Treo too.}
[[guy: twiddling with prefs]] [[fluffy: reading blogs]]
fluffy: {But I bet he doesn't have a fedora.}

Update, since it's been a month since I drew that comic: I still wear (and love) the fedora, I sometimes still wear the dress shirt over a t-shirt, I still wear the belt and actually tuck said t-shirt in, but I don't always tie my hair back.

Also, now my hair is back to the old "fluffy" hairstyle, and it's way too hot out for the jacket, and I feel silly wearing the fedora without it.

I miss wearing my fedora.
