Merideth: Your Hiero is quite good, by the way, but I can see why you'd want translation.
Juni: What? I don't need a translator, Hira does.

Merideth: And you will get one.  If you would-
Juni: I really don't think you quite understand.
Merideth: Um... Let me get a supervisor.
Juni: Thank you.

Possibly! But it's more like the bailiff is just confused (hopefully the next comic will give a bit more context).
