Ladios Sopp is the androgynous main character of Five Star Stories, and has a shower scene in the movie. That was pretty much the first thing I thought of when I saw this strip. The wording came from Thomas M. Disch's Camp Concentration. It just kept nagging at me until I posted it.

Per Google, Ladios doesn't look androgynous so much as 'typical manga girl.' Well, crossdresser, anyway.
