Last night I made some spiral pasta dressed with olive oil, toasted pine nuts, shiitake mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil, basil, and oregano. I put the leftovers in the fridge, and just now I added a light drizzle of some amazing balsamic vinegar (Napoleon brand, which is definitely the nicest balsamic vinegar I've ever had, though I've never been insane enough to spend more than $15 on a bottle), and it's quite good.
I just thought I'd share.
Also, yes, I got the pasta cooking/dressing tips from Alton Brown. I think it's time to look into developing technology for shipping sexual favors by mail.
But hey, if anyone can do it, Amazon.com can! I wonder if I could form a product group for that. :D
